Yeah I sort of interpreted Tyria as the realm of Tyria, a sort of really big place, maybe as big as several continents, sort of like eurasia in comparison, but not the name for the planet.

Come to think of it, it's kinda funny how they all speak english. Maybe we shouldn't think too much about these things.

Observer mode.
<3.

Its so much fun, and in the chatter of Observers you occasionaly meet some faces of GWG (hey Yichi, Sav). The only downside was that one guy was in every match watching himself (not bad) and cheering constantly for himself (that's bad).

I was expecting Echo Mending from one of the top tier guilds, but the Minion build with pumpkin hats from Te was also entertaining.

Oh yeah, there is also a Winter Update, but I've kind of forgotten about it with Observer mode.

I am enjoying Observer mode. I am hoping that some of the curious PvE'ers who check it out will get turned on to PvP.

I'm a curious PvE'er and can't wait to finish work so I can go check out the Observer mode. Whether or not it'll entice me into PvP...well, we'll just have to wait and see.

Yup, I'm in the same boat.

I'm still on my first real character (PvE) and not really used to the game yet, but I do want to play PvP at some point.

I guess that is one reason why observer mode exists in first place. Hopefully it will reduce mending usage and anything what newbies or n00bs would use.

Although private PvP arena for guilds would had been a better choice. Maybe we get it in the near future.

Too bad.. I was planning to computer a few hours less then the usual 8 hours a day in a vacation, but this forces me to play 12 hours a day instead.. Too bad.

Yeah, you don't get to open your presents before Wintersday / Christmas day, it ruins the surprise!

Observer mode is very nice although I only looked at it for a few minutes, but is it also possible to look to my own guild?? (not top-100)

I like the looks of Ascalon!!!!!! They are really cool, good job Anet!

Christmas decor is up in Ascalon City, Lions Arch and Droknars Forge, more is to come in following days. (not just decor)
